Ms. Rupali Biwas has been working in Bangladesh Knitwear Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BKMEA) since August 2007, currently she is engaged a as a Chief Coordinator Skills for Employment Investment Program (SEIP). Before that she worked in Productivity Improvement Cell (PIC), Institute of Apparel Research & Technology (iART) as a Chief Coordinator (Lean and Garmenting Consultant & Trainer) she worked for Productivity Improvement Cell (PIC), Institute of Apparel Research & Technology (iART) as Assistant Coordinator.
She has gone under extensive trainings and courses – Completed about 2 Years on job training under “Productivity Improvement Program (PIP), BKMEA” with special focus on “Lean Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering” under Charles Dagher (CEO, DCG of SRILANKA, PAKISTAN, INDIA and CANADA) at Bangladesh Knitwear Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BKMEA), Dhaka from 2007 to 2008.
She is a very renowned trainer and coach in the RMG industry of the country. She is also recognized for her in-depth knowledge and expertise in this sector
He has completed regular MBA in Human Resource Management from University of New Castle in 2005. He has also completed two professional Post Graduate Diploma from Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM) i.e Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management (PGDPM) in 2009 and Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management (PGDFM) in 2000. During the service tenure in Epyllion Group, he became CBT Master Trainer in SkillFUL project of Swiss contact. Last year he was recognized as Master Trainer of EOHS in the RMG Sector through ITC, ILO. In addition he became C3 (Creation of Competence for Competition) trainer through GFA Consulting Group which was invited giz.
Since 1999, he has been working in training, teaching & development team. He has started his career in the Norway Project named Debate for Social Change in Working for Better Life (WBL) NGO. There he was charged for teaching parliamentary debate system to 400 students in 20 Schools.
During my service tenure in the RMG sector since 2005, he developed myself as an expert professional in the area of training & people development. My starting career in the RMG sector was in May 2005 at DBL (Dulal Brothers Ltd.) Group as an Executive-Training. Since July 2007 working with Epyllion Group in Corporate Training & Development section where we formed & developing different training teams for Garments factories, textile factories, garments accessories factories, and other strategic business units through organizing Basic TOT, TOT on Curriculum Development, TOT on Facilitator’s Presentation Skill (Instructional Technique) for following group of individuals:
- Instructors of Multi-Skill Operators
- Quality Assurance Officers
- Production Staff of Garments, Textile & Garments Accessories
Besides he has responsible for Development Squad Programme; Assessment of Training Needs (ATN); Analyzing of Process Gap; developing competency based curriculum in all levels of employee; Instructional System Design (ISD), Development Curriculum Method (DECUM) of Training; Workshop and Awareness programme, Transfer of Training Evaluation Model (TOTEM) and evaluating the effectiveness of training programme (in level I, II, and III) through job analysis and Performance Appraisal.
Mr. Shibli H. Ahmad has more than 9 years of experience in Human Resource Management, Training & Development, Administration, Customer Relation Management, International communication, Sales and has done his specialization in Human Resource Management (HRM), especially in T&D, R&S, Capacity Building, CRM & Organizational Development. He has worked with few of Local & Multinational organizations at both Strategic & Operational levels. Recently he is holding the position of Manager (HR & Admin, Acting Head) at Pacific A-1 Group, managing 3000+ labor force. He also worked as Asst. Manager of Designtex Group, Prior to this position, he was the Head of Customer Service Division of Navana Furniture Limited & Executive in Enterprise Solution in QUBEE and worked in the SBU team with Gemcon group. Mr. Shibli achieved several academic & professional degrees in the field of Human Resource Management (HRM) during the time. He achieved degrees such as LCMC, CBSI (IBA, DU), PGD in HRM, Diploma in Social Compliance & CSR Activities, Bachelor of Law (LLB), MBA & BBA in HRM and doing Specialized Masters in Industrial Relations & Labor Studies in University of Dhaka and Charted Human Resource Management with excellent academic & professional result. He is a CSR & managerial certified.
He often conducts training at UIU, DIU, ULAB, IPM, BIHRM & few other institute. His aim to become a Lead Trainer & Consultant on HR Management & soft skills & Competency development & in the corporate sector of the country He prepared the Employee Policy Manual and factory policy & procedure for Pacific A-1 group & top up all sorts of HR Functions from the Zero stage & successfully completed BSCI, SEDEX & Buyers Audit at factory Several times. He formulated the Standard operating system (SOP) for Navana Furniture Ltd (CC). Successfully organize the Mega program of Certificate Giving Day of LCMC at IBA University of Dhaka in 2016 Committee Member of 4th & 5th International HR Conference 2015 & 16 & Annual Day 16, Committee member of Training & Education, Bangladesh HRM Society (2016-18), Ex-member of ULAB Business Club, ULAB YES, (Youth Engagement and Support), Debating Club Ex Executive Member of one of the largest countrywide Blood Donation Club “Bandhan”.
